The Asil Makine MNL-KBL-8000 Servo Bucket Filling, Automatic Capping, and Labeling Line is an advanced engineering solution designed to meet the high-capacity packaging demands of food, chemical, construction, paint, and lubricant industries. Starting from empty bucket feeding on the conveyor, it executes product filling, lid placement, press capping, and high-precision labeling in an uninterrupted, automated flow.

Advanced Servo Motor Technology and Precision Filling

Equipped with independent servo-motor-driven piston filling units, the system maximizes dosage accuracy. It allows drip-free bottom-up filling for a wide range of liquids, from low-viscosity fluids to high-viscosity pastes and dairy products. The filling nozzles rise in synchronization with the liquid level during filling, eliminating air bubbles and preventing overflow risks.

Automatic Lid Feeding and Press-Capping Unit

The capping module automatically dispenses plastic or metal lids from the magazine unit and accurately positions them onto the buckets. The subsequent pre-pressing and pneumatic or servo-driven pressing station seals the bucket lids uniformly, guaranteeing complete leak-proofing. The line allows fast, tool-less adjustments for different bucket diameters and heights.

High-Precision Labeling with Wrap-Around Module

Located at the final stage of the line, the labeling unit applies self-adhesive labels to conical or cylindrical buckets smoothly, avoiding wrinkles and air bubbles. Thanks to the special bucket-centering mechanism that stabilizes the bucket during rotation, even wide and long wrap-around labels are affixed with absolute precision.
