Engineered by Asil Makine, the MNL-6000-FLE Fully Automatic Bottle Filling, Capping, and Labeling Line is a high-performance integrated packaging solution designed for demanding production environments in the food, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. The system seamlessly automates the entire packaging workflow, starting from bottle feeding, volumetric liquid filling, automatic cap sorting and sealing, through to precision self-adhesive labeling.

Core Modules and Features

Built with a modular and monoblock design concept, this line aims for maximum line efficiency and minimal downtime. The system comprises the following primary units:

• Automatic Rotary Bottle Unscrambler: Ensures a steady and continuous feed of glass, PET, or plastic bottles onto the main conveyor belt.
• Servo-Driven Volumetric Filling Unit: Equipped with 8 anti-drip nozzles, offering highly accurate volumetric dosing for both low and high viscosity liquids such as edible oils, liquid soaps, lotions, and syrups.
• Automatic Cap Feeder and Capping Unit: Features automated cap elevator/sorter with servo-controlled torque capping heads compatible with screw caps, press-on caps, and trigger sprayers.
• High-Precision Self-Adhesive Labeler: Applies front, back, or wrap-around labels with extreme accuracy using step/servo-driven applicator heads.
• Central PLC and Touchscreen Interface: Powered by Siemens automation systems, allowing intuitive operation, recipe management, and line monitoring via a 10-inch color touchscreen.

Hygiene and Industrial Standards

All product contact parts are fabricated from AISI 316L stainless steel, while the outer framing and support structures are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. Designed in full compliance with CIP (Clean-in-Place) protocols, the line meets stringent hygiene and regulatory requirements for food and pharmaceutical packaging. Anti-drip nozzle mechanisms prevent product waste and maintain a clean operating environment.
