The precision circular rotary table mechanism is equipped with 4-cavity oval cup nests. This design ensures that cups are positioned with vibration-free, millimetric accuracy between the filling, foil sealing, and cutting stations. The multi-head piston filling station guarantees drip-free, precise weight-controlled filling of liquid, semi-fluid, and highly viscous paste-like products such as yogurt, sauces, cream cheese, ready meals, and ice cream. The stainless steel nozzles are designed for easy cleaning and are fully CIP-compatible.

The roll-fed top aluminum or plastic foil film sealing and cutting mechanism works integrated with tension rollers to deliver a flawless, airtight seal. The waste film rewinder unit automatically collects leftover foil scraps after the sealing process, maintaining an ultra-clean working environment. Thanks to the integrated thermal inkjet date and batch coding system, production and expiration dates are printed with high resolution onto the sealed cups instantly.

The finished sealed cups are smoothly discharged onto the exit conveyor belt via an automatic discharge system. The high-tech digital PLC touchscreen integrated on the side frame allows the operator to easily monitor and adjust all parameters, including temperature, filling speed, and rotary table speed.
